LEAD TIME
For main destinations, DHL Express delivers in 1-2 days. Generally, you will receive your parcel within 4 days. Parcels to Australia, Japan, Hong Kong might be delivered within 7 days.

CUSTOMS/FEES (for outside the UK)
It might happen that you'll be charged by your customs for some fees. This doesn't happen every time however, it's a possibility you should be aware of. The courier policy states:
"... anything going outside of the UK is subject to customs and if there are any charges these are payable by the receiver"
